These Spanish baked prawns make a great tapas dish to share with friends or are perfect as a main course dish.
Method
1. Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7.
2. Divide the prawns, garlic, chilli, sherry and olive oil between 2 small ovenproof dishes.
3. Cook for 6-8 minutes until pink and sizzling.
4. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with crusty bread.
